Switches a DC load on and off from a small control signal.
The IRF520N is not a logic-level MOSFET: with 5V on the gate it only partly turns on, so from an Arduino pin it suits light loads. For heavier loads, drive the gate with 10V or more.
Put a diode, such as a 1N4007, across motors, relays and solenoids to protect it.
